Functionality
The amount of functionality that WordPress has is surprising. But whatever your specific needs are, there is a plugin that will fit that need. Plugins are packaged code that easily install and work with the site and help your site be more functional. There are, again, hundreds of plugins that provide all the programming you need.
SEO – Search Engine Optimization
Websites only matter if they can be found by the audience you are trying to reach. The higher your ranking when someone searches for it, the better chance you have of it being read. SEO, is properly coding your website so that Google, Bing, or other search engines will find it easier. The code that WordPress generates has been engineered to give you the best SEO possible.
